Warranty and Returns

We at Sublime Acoustic take great pride in what we do, and that includes customer service. We are fully committed to making every customer completely satisfied. So if you are not happy with our products or any aspect of your customer experience, please email us at support@sublimeacoustic.com  and let us know, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Warranty on Products

We warranty our products for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or alteration of the product, or use of the product in applications that may exceed the stated product specifications.

All warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty coverage period. The faulty product will be either repaired or replaced with a like product only.

Refunds and Returns

We accept returns for refund for any reason within the first 45 days after purchase*, under the following conditions:

  • All return requests must be made within 45 days of purchase for consideration for refund
  • Only working products in their original, as shipped condition will be eligible for refund. Damaged products are not eligible for refund
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Sublime Acoustic
  • Shipping charges are not refundable

* XO Modules purchased separately are excluded from this policy and are not refundable, since these are custom built for each customer.
