If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, feel free to return it in new, pristine condition* for a full merchandise refund within 45 days of your purchase. **

How to Make a Return

1. Simply email our Technical Support Team at support@sublimeacoustic.com and let us know:

  • Your name and order number
  • Part number and quantity of items being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange
  • A daytime phone number where we can contact you in the event further information is needed to complete your refund/exchange

2. Insure your return for the merchandise value and ship to:

    Most returns are processed within 4 business days. 
    Please note some returns may require extended processing days 
    for technical evaluation, peak times, etc.

* In order to be eligible for refund, items must be in as-new condition. Products must be in proper working condition and free of any physical or cosmetic damage.

** XO Modules purchased separately are excluded from this policy and are not refundable, since these are custom built for each customer.
